The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2026 Notification for 11,403 Customer Service Associate (CSA) vacancies in participating Public Sector Banks across India. Earlier known as the IBPS Clerk post, the position has now been renamed as Customer Service Associate (CSA). The online application process started on 01 August 2026 and will remain open until 21 August 2026.

IBPS Clerk Salary 2026

Selected candidates will receive:

• Basic Pay: ₹24,050 per month
• Gross Monthly Salary: Approximately ₹38,000 to ₹45,000+

Selection Process

The IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2026 selection process consists of:

Stage 1: Preliminary Examination

Duration: 60 Minutes

Stage 2: Main Examination

Duration: 160 Minutes

There is no interview in IBPS Clerk recruitment. Final selection is based on performance in the Main Examination and subsequent provisional allotment.
